Do you provide International delivery?

Sunchild Naturals currently provides delivery within Canada and USA only.

What is your returns policy?

We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. Any item can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment for a refund on the cost of goods (excluding shipping charges) and restocking fee, all returns must be received by us within 15 days to qualify for a refund, Natural Health products cannot be returned once opened. Please note that we charge 25% for order preparation and re-stocking, items that are indicated as samples cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.  We cannot accept returns on essential oils, fragrance oils, colorants, soap bases, fixed oils, waxes and any liquids for any reason.

We will only accept returns on products that have not been used and are in saleable condition less a restocking fee. Shipping, duties, and taxes are at customer’s expense. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Sunchild Naturals product you may return it to the original place of purchase within 15 days to:
