How do I track my orders
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Simply click the link to view delivery updates and track the status of your package.
What are your delivery options?
Our preferred shipping provider for deliveries to Canada and the United States is Canada Post. For more details about Canada Post's shipping options, please visit their website.
How do I return an item?
To request a return, please contact our customer service team at support@sunchildnaturals.com. Returnable items must be shipped to our location before a replacement can be issued.

Do you provide International delivery?
Sunchild Naturals currently provides delivery within Canada and USA only.
What is your returns policy?
We have a 100% Customer Satisfaction Policy. Any item can be returned within 15 days of receipt of shipment for a refund on the cost of goods (excluding shipping charges) and restocking fee, all returns must be received by us within 15 days to qualify for a refund, Natural Health products cannot be returned once opened. Please note that we charge 25% for order preparation and re-stocking, items that are indicated as samples cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged. We cannot accept returns on essential oils, fragrance oils, colorants, soap bases, fixed oils, waxes and any liquids for any reason.
We will only accept returns on products that have not been used and are in saleable condition less a restocking fee. Shipping, duties, and taxes are at customer’s expense. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Sunchild Naturals product you may return it to the original place of purchase within 15 days: for more info, please contact.
