Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (SLS), Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate (SCI), Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cetearyl Alcohol and Cetearyl Glucoside, Glycerin, Mango Butter (Mangifera Indica Seed Butter), Argan Oil (Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil), Brassica Alcohol, Guar Gum (Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride), Glyceryl Oleate, Aloe Vera Gel Powder (Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice Powder), Sage Hydrosol (Salvia Officinalis Leaf Water), Polyquaternium-10, Phenoxyethanol (and) Caprylyl Glycol (and) Sorbic Acid, DL Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5), Hydrolyzed Protein (Hydrolyzed Keratin, Hydrolyzed Silk), Vitamin E (Tocopherol),Sage Essential Oil (Salvia Officinalis Oil). , Lactic Acid, Mica, Citric Acid.

Wet beard hairs and moisten shampoo bar with warm water, work between hands.
Massage hands into wet beard working through thoroughly until you feel hair is coated as you wish.  Work into lather, work shampoo into moustache and beard running fingers through beard hairs all the way down to the follicle. Let the shampoo bars natural oils soak in before rinsing thoroughly. 

Rinse well and repeat if desired.
